wenph reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending completion of the verification process.

The placement of a bet does not constitute acceptance; a bet is accepted only when confirmed by the wenph system and a confirmation notification is displayed.
For in-play and live sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, boxing, and other events, markets may be suspended or settled at wenph's discretion where result integrity concerns arise. Bets placed on incorrectly priced markets resulting from a manifest error may be voided or settled at the correct price at wenph's option.

Nothing in these Terms limits wenph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by wenph's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
wenph collects, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wenph processes personal data — including identity information, financial transaction records, and gaming activity data — for purposes including account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, anti-fraud operations, and responsible gaming monitoring. wenph will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
